Jake listened very attentively to what I wanted to focus on and the whole experience felt very relaxing and supportive of deeper rejuvenation - not just relaxing for the muscles that got really good stretching, but also for my mind and spirit. A great experience! It was my first time trying out this type of service and it was an amazing experience to feel my muscles loosen up as we went through the stretching. It was really cool to notice and compare the difference between my loosened muscles and my tense, tight muscles. We all really need to stretch more on our own in conjunction with assisted stretching. Leah worked with me on stretching and was very personable and knowledgeable of the services and benefits of stretching. Highly recommend this service!

I had a great first experience with the StretchMed method of static stretching and body rehabilitation after finding myself needing a more structured approach to flexibility training after an injury that took me away from my regular exercise and barre workouts.
